Tales From October Volume II

And Friday's answer
Was none not what
That Jonathan wanted
To yes but hear
As he smiled chillingly
Whilst he took him to smashing
A few of his things

"If you think I care about your things Tykyn or your identity, you are sadly mistaken. For what have I a reason to care of that?"

"Well I care damn you Friday. I don't know wha's happened to you but I will not just take this lying down you blasted robot.

Thus charged he did
His former helper
Who never did
But help him so
As ever away he was

But anger's charge
Which was the kind
That Tykyn made
Is none too good
So yes he was met
And met but well
With a fist across the face
And a following of
A boot across the head

Though hurting he was
Oh yes indeed
From the cold hard steel
Or like enough
He did not lose
His consciousness
And but lay a moment there
A gathering his wits

"What? Not fallen yet Tykyn? No matter, you soon will be, for you are match for me."

"Shut up Friday. You got the first blow, but it isn't the first but the last and that one's mine."

And he shrugged the dizziness off
To rise and rise him quick
With a roundhouse kick
To Friday's head
And a flipping away
Most elegantly
Like a trained circus acrobat

"Pretty moves will not save you Tykyn."

"I didn't realize the fight was over and you had won so that you could judge it Friday."

"Soon enough Tykyn, soon enough."

But came an interruption
yes to their fight
As a neighbour hammered
Yes hard on the wall
Wishing for a peace
He would have had
If not for them

"Knock it off, people are trying to sleep here."

And he took off his mask
To sound as himself
As he sought to reassure
His goodly neighbour Will

"Sorry Will, I'll try and keep it down."

"Don't try Jonathan, just do it."

Now focused as he was
On neighbour Will
He did not see
What Friday did
As he shrunk out of sight
Only to grow but full
To the next of him
Before he dealt him a blow
But hard enough
To fell him down

"Consider this kept down Jonathan. Poor fleshblooder, you never had a chance."
