Tales From October Volume II

"But, you look so weak and beaten. On tv, even when they lose, they don't look as weak and beaten as you sir."

"This isn't tv son, this is real life and I am a new strordinaire. It was my first fight in fact, so it's no surprise really, that I did get beaten."

"Oh, so you can't, I mean I shouldn't ask you to help me with a bully problem?"

And out escaped the words
Of a hopeful boy
Seeking a hero
To help him in his need

"You want help from me? Of course you do, I'm a strordinaire in a fancy suit, as beaten as I am, I'm probably...possibly...no, apparently, your best chance at helping you with your problem."

"I tried asking Mom and Dad for help, but they don't believe me. And neither do my teachers, or the police. Nobody believes me. And everyone laughs about it."

And Jonathan, as in such pain he was, nonetheless, felt so bad for the boy that he could not help but offer whatever assistance he could to the boy. "Okay, what do you need form me?"

"You'll help me?"

"I'll do my best to help you son, but I can't promise you anything more than that."

"Thank you."

"You're welcome, just not today, please, I ache so badly I just want to go to bed."
